By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 7j999 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and 7j999 (the "Platform"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using 7j999.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise.

To register and maintain an active account on 7j999, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria. 7j999 reserves the right to verify compliance with these criteria at any time and to suspend or close any account that does not meet them.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform. Players under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or playing on 7j999.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• You may hold only one (1) active account on 7j999. Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and balances forfeited.
• You must not be self-excluded from 7j999 or any other online gaming platform through a self-exclusion programme at the time of registration or at any point during your active use of the Platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as an agent, nominee, or representative of a third party when using 7j999. Each account must be used solely by the registered account holder for their own personal, non-commercial entertainment.

Registration on 7j999 is free of charge. To create an account, you are required to provide the information requested in the registration form, including a valid mobile number and a password. By completing registration, you confirm your eligibility and agreement to these Terms.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any account access details with any other person under any circumstances.
• 7j999 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where 7j999 has reasonable grounds to believe a Player has breached these Terms or provided false information.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether carried out by you or by any other person who gains access to your Account through your negligence or deliberate disclosure.
• Each Player may register only one Account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify 7j999 support at [email protected] immediately. 7j999 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where the Player failed to take reasonable steps to secure their credentials.
• 7j999 may, at its discretion, require additional identity, address, or source-of-funds documentation before approving a withdrawal or following any account activity that triggers internal compliance checks. This is a standard AML (anti-money laundering) control and not an indication of wrongdoing.

7j999 accounts are strictly personal. They may not be transferred, sold, or otherwise assigned to any other person. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in immediate closure of all accounts involved and forfeiture of any remaining balances.

All deposits and withdrawals on 7j999 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum single deposit limit set by 7j999, though your chosen payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may impose its own transaction limits as per their own terms of service.
• Deposits are credited to your 7j999 account balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit is not reflected within 15 minutes of a completed transaction, you should contact support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within approximately 15 minutes during normal operating conditions. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• Withdrawals will only be paid to a payment method registered in the same name as the 7j999 account. Payments to third-party accounts, whether mobile wallets or bank accounts, are not permitted. This policy exists to prevent fraud and money laundering.
• 7j999 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals processed through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Your mobile financial service provider may charge its own transaction fees as per their standard tariff. Any such fees are your responsibility.
• 7j999 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or where the withdrawal is subject to active bonus wagering requirements that have not yet been satisfied.

7j999 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside the relevant promotion.

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. A Player who has self-excluded, whose account has been suspended, or who has not completed KYC verification where required, is not eligible to receive or use bonuses.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless expressly stated otherwise in the relevant promotion's terms. The standard wagering requirement applicable to a welcome bonus will be stated clearly in the promotion. Wagering requirements must be met within the bonus validity period or the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• 7j999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. If a bonus is withdrawn or cancelled after it has been credited to your account but before the wagering requirement has been met, the bonus amount will be removed from your balance.
• Bonuses and promotional credits may only be used for gameplay on 7j999. They cannot be transferred to another account, exchanged for cash directly, or used for any purpose other than wagering on eligible games as specified in the promotion terms.
• 7j999 may, at its discretion, void winnings derived from a bonus where there is evidence that the bonus was claimed through fraudulent means, through abuse of the promotional system, or in breach of these Terms. Abuse of bonuses includes but is not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once.

Bangladesh-specific promotional campaigns at 7j999, including those timed around BPL, IPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day, are subject to both these general bonus terms and any supplementary terms published with the specific campaign. In case of conflict, the supplementary campaign terms take precedence over these general terms.

7j999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and operates a suite of tools to help Players manage their gambling activity. Use of the Platform constitutes your acknowledgment that gambling carries risk of financial loss and that you are participating for entertainment purposes only.

• Deposit limits allow you to cap the total amount you deposit within a defined period (daily, weekly, or monthly). Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours. Reductions take effect immediately.
• Session time limits allow you to set a maximum duration for each gaming session. When the limit is reached, you will be automatically logged out of your account. Session limits reset at the start of each new session.
• Self-exclusion allows you to voluntarily exclude yourself from 7j999 for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be blocked and you will not be able to deposit, play, or claim bonuses. To request self-exclusion, contact [email protected].

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 7j999. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended or permanently closed, their funds forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

• Registering more than one account on 7j999, whether under the same identity or different identities, or using another person's account with or without their knowledge.
• Using automated bots, scripts, macros, or any other non-human means to interact with 7j999 games, the deposit or withdrawal system, or the bonus system.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform or in any game to obtain an unfair advantage or extract funds. Any funds obtained through exploitation of a technical error must be returned, and 7j999 reserves the right to reverse any transactions made in connection with such exploitation.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration, KYC verification, or withdrawal process, including impersonating another person or using stolen identity documents.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including but not limited to depositing funds derived from illegal sources, structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds, or using 7j999 as a conduit to transfer funds between third parties.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, exploit promotional offers, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage over 7j999 or other Players.

7j999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms & Conditions; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time; evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; conduct that 7j999 reasonably considers harmful to the Platform, other Players, or third parties; or the Player's account being inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more with a zero balance.

A Player may close their own 7j999 account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon account closure by the Player, any remaining real-money balance (net of any applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be refunded to the Player's registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirement will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

All content on the 7j999 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, software, trademarks, and trade names — is the property of 7j999 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use any 7j999 intellectual property without the prior written consent of 7j999.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 7j999 Platform for any commercial or public purpose without the express prior written consent of 7j999. Unauthorised use of 7j999 intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7j999 excludes all liability for losses or damages of any kind arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any game. Without limiting the foregoing, 7j999 specifically excludes liability for the following.

• Any financial losses resulting from gambling activity on 7j999, including losses arising from games, sports betting, or any other wagering activity. Gambling inherently involves risk of loss and 7j999 accepts no liability for gambling losses.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform access resulting from technical failures, maintenance, third-party network issues, or events outside 7j999's reasonable control, including acts of government, natural disasters, or telecommunications failures.
• Any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where 7j999 has implemented reasonable security measures, and where the unauthorised access resulted from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials or your use of an unsecured device or network.

7j999 collects and processes personal data from Players in connection with account registration, KYC verification, payment processing, and the provision of Platform services. All personal data is handled in accordance with 7j999's Privacy Policy, which is published at https://7j999.pro/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering on 7j999, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by 7j999 by contacting [email protected]. Certain data retention obligations required by applicable law or AML regulations may limit 7j999's ability to fully delete your data upon request.

7j999 may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time by publishing the updated version on this page. The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page. Where 7j999 considers a revision to be material, it may provide additional notification through the Platform or by email to your registered address, but is under no obligation to do so.

Your continued use of 7j999 following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those revised Terms. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 7j999 will use reasonable efforts to address and resolve any complaint within 14 days of receipt. If a complaint cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration as the sole and exclusive remedy, with each party bearing its own legal costs. Nothing in this clause prevents 7j999 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
